Payment options:
- You can pay the amount through credit cards, mada or Apple Pay.
- Or by bank transfer to the institution’s account, with a copy of the transfer receipt attached.
Shipping and receiving options:
- We ship the products inside Saudi Arabia within 1-5 working days via Red Box, at a cost of 12 riyals.
- We ship the products inside Saudi Arabia within 1-5 working days via SMSA, at a cost of 28 riyals.
Return Policy
- Coffee is one of the foods that a refund cannot be applied to. Unless the item arrives in a damaged condition or not similar to what was chosen from the site, you can then return the item to us in the same condition in which you received it and in the same original packaging at the time of receipt, within a period of 3 days from the date of receipt . After verifying the condition of the shipment, the full amount will be refunded with the shipping value to the customer.
